Favorite Moments Summer 2018

As much as I enjoy summer for celebratory reasons like my birthday, delicious reasons like season fruits, watermelon especially. As well as personal goal reasons like showing off a hard-earned summer body. I am ready for summer to be over till next year… Bye summer, Hello Fall!

I am sharing my summer favorite moments and oh boy! There were many of them…
In no particular order… eating tacos from Taquitos West Ave before our honeymoon trip to Europe.
Visiting the Volvo factory in Gothenburg Sweden was the beginning of a life long dream coming true. I’ve had 5 different Volvos. Thank you Sweden for teaching me to have a “fika.” And what better way to experience all of this with no other than the love of my life. It was like coming full circle.
Venice and Rome, with so much history and beautiful breath taking sights just waiting for our discovery around every corner we turned. Paris, has so much architecture and culture it’s hard to keep up or even want to blink with so much to see. London, as many of you know is one of my favorite cities I have visited. From the take time for your self vibe of the parks and gardens, to city pride displayed in the pristine-well mannered tube rides. I walked the busy streets with never wanting it to end steps, while always looking right. I could go back again and again.
My birthday on August 21st was a record with 3 cakes! The weekend started off with a dinner with my family… and cake. The day of my birthday was a surprise cake and ice cream from my co-workers. The evening was reserved for dinner with my husband and guess what else? That’s right, the third cake! A very special 1st b-day as a married woman.

What was your favorite summer moment? Is there something you wish you had done this summer that you didn’t get to do?
